If you would like to complain about any aspect of the care or service you have received, please contact our Practice Manager, Stacey Franks on 020 7363 1111.

You can put your complaint in writing by asking for a form from Reception, writing directly to our Practice Manager or sending the compliant via email to islandhealth.admin@nhs.net.

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, and let you know the timescales for getting back to you once we have investigated it fully.

If you have any urgent medical concerns, please speak with a GP without delay.
