Wheelchair services (Whizz Mobility)

If you need a wheelchair, you will need a referral from a GP. Please book an appointment to discuss this.

For the referral we will need to know:

Height
weight
A. Hip Width
B. Upper leg length
C. Lower Leg length
D. Shoulder Height
E. Top of head

If you can it will be very helpful to have this before you attend your appointment.
