At Island Health, we are proud to have a dedicated and active Patient Participation Group (PPG).This group is made up of volunteer patients who meet regularly with our senior management team to provide valuable input and support across a range of practice activities.
They represent the voice of our local community and help us to continually improve the care we provide. Membership is open to all patients, and joining the group is a meaningful way to support your local surgery and make a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of others in your community.

To encourage greater engagement with our Patient Participation Group (PPG), we have introduced a new approach that now consists seasonal surveys covering a range of topics to help us improve our services.
Your feedback is invaluable in helping us identify areas for improvement and shape the future of the practice. Summaries of the responses and any actions taken as a result of our surveys will be published on this page in due course.
