We are committed to providing an excellent standard of care to all our patients. However, we recognise that there may be times when things do not go as expected. If you have any concerns about the service you have received, or if you wish to make a complaint, please speak with one of our Patient Navigators.
They will provide you with information about our complaints process and explain how we manage and respond to concerns.
Alternatively, you may email your concerns directly to us at: nelondonicb.ihcomplaints@nhs.net. Our goal is to resolve all complaints promptly and locally wherever possible.
Should local resolution not be feasible, we will advise you of the next steps available. We also welcome constructive feedback and invite you to consider joining our Patient Participation Group (PPG). This is a valuable way to share your views and help shape the services we provide.
At Island Health we are very proud of our active patient participation group. These are volunteer patients, who we engage with regularly to support the practice in a variety of ways. They are the voice of our local population.
Anyone can join the patient group, it is a great way of supporting your local surgery and helping others in your local community.
