Please be aware there are some changes coming to Island Health Primary Care LTD. These are listed below. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reachout to our Patient Navigator team for some clarification

• Complaints Process – Effective 1st June 2025
  From 1st June, we will no longer accept complaints via this email address. All complaints must be submitted to: 📧 nelondonicb.ihcomplaints@nhs.net

  Any complaints received via this email address will not be responded to.

• Appointment Bookings – Changing from 1st August 2025
  ‍From 1st August, we will no longer take appointment bookings over the telephone.Instead, you will need to complete an eConsult form via our website:🌐 https://www.islandhealth.nhs.uk/ This change will help ensure that your requests are managed more efficiently and appropriately. We will endeavour to reply within 2 working days of receipt.

• ‍ Email Deactivation and Admin Requests
  Please note that this email address will be permanently deactivated from 1st August therefore, all administrative requests, queries and routine appointments must be submitted via an Admin eConsult on our website🌐 https://www.islandhealth.nhs.uk/

‍These include;

• acute prescription requests,
• fit notes
• test results
• letters
• 6-week mum & baby check 
• MedicalFace 2 Face
• Long term Conditions review (Diabetes, Chronic Kidney Disease, Asthma & COPD)
• Adult& Children Vaccinations
• Cervical Screening Test
• Medication reviews
• Abnormal Blood Test results 
• Dressings-GP Follow up (only if requested by GP)

We will endeavour to reply to these types one Consult within 3 working days.The Admin eConsult service is available:

🕗 Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PMAll repeat prescriptions should be submitted via the NHS APP, Patient Access or your nominated pharmacy.Thank you for your cooperation as we make these changes to improve our service.
